Neotech is looking for clinical expertise in the fields of Neonatal/NICU, Pediatrics, Respiratory (Neonatal & Pediatrics), Labor and Delivery, Mother Baby, Lactation, and Home Health Care.
There are several ways to contribute to improved clinical care. From answering survey questions to educating on Neotech products to facilitating conference exhibits. Click on the categories below to learn more.
All positions are 1099 contract.
Clinical Council
Join our network of clinical experts to provide valuable feedback on product development, hospital needs, treatment standards, and more.
Our Clinical Council (formerly SOS group) is the first level of clinical consultation at Neotech. It requires minimal commitment and you can participate while working around your full-time schedule. Most activities are are done online.
Help Neotech to improve care in your given specialty. We’re looking for members who are actively working at the bedside and understand everything from clinical to cost impact. Council members are counted on to provide feedback about potential problems and trends that helps us to determine if a product might be needed.
Topics may include current practices and challenges, reviewing prototypes, product packaging, supporting data, etc.
The Clinical Council is an easy way to join the Neotech clinical team and a great way to contribute to Making a Difference!
Compensation is paid quarterly.
Responsibilities
- Complete online surveys by established deadlines
- Surveys are typically brief questions requiring yes or no answers
- Compensation pre-determined based on survey size
- Participate in online meetings or conference calls
- Compensation: in-person hourly rate
- Potentially watch recorded online meetings to provide feedback
- If unable to join the live meeting
- Compensation: post-meeting hourly rate
Requirements
- Currently working at the bedside
- Must be licensed in your respective area(s) of expertise
- Must complete all necessary paperwork, including signed work agreement and non-disclosure agreement
Clinical Educator
Your experience with our products speaks volumes to other clinicians, which is why we want you representing Neotech.
Neotech is looking for product loyalist and super users to serve as clinical educators. Facilitate hospital in-service requests or virtual sessions to train fellow clinicians on the proper, effective use of Neotech products.
You can also represent Neotech at conference exhibits. Interact with attendees and speak with them on a clinical level about the use of our products.
Our program is designed with your full-time position in mind. This is a great way to get away from the unit and supplement your income.
This position is paid hourly plus expenses upon submission of summary report. Travel may be required.
In-service Duties
- Contact hospitals to confirm need for services and schedule appointment(s) for in-servicing
- Contact Neotech for sample product requirements and request approval of estimated in-service hours before commencing
- Visit hospital and train staff
- Complete summary report and return to Neotech
Additional Potential Duties
- Attend trade shows to work the Neotech booth as needed
- Attend one-day seminars at hospitals as needed
- Look for new product ideas while in the field
- Introduce new Neotech products to hospitals
- Provide Neotech with input on new products
- Undertake clinical investigations of new or existing products
Requirements
- Must be licensed in your respective area(s) of expertise
- Must have prior knowledge or experience using Neotech products (particularly the NeoBar)
- Must complete all necessary paperwork, including signed work agreement and non-disclosure agreement
- Prior experience educating/training other professionals on the use of medical devices is beneficial
Clinical Advisory Board
The advisory team is composed of clinicians who are leaders in their field(s) of expertise.
Neotech is in need of experienced clinical leaders to advise on a variety of topics, including new product ideas, competitive products, instructions for use, clinical insights, and more. This position is ideal for clinicians with limited time or prior commitments.
Responsibilities
- Provide input on new product development and usage
- Keep Neotech apprised of clinical trends
- Inform on new competitive products
- Participate in online meetings or conference calls
