Neotech Products LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates Neotech Web and Neotech iOS – to be referred to as “Neotech App”. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of user data we receive from users of the Site.
Any data that we collect is always limited to only data necessary to provide and improve the Neotech app.
The only personal information collected is Google Username. This is obtained upon launching, or logging into the Neotech app in order to authorize app use. This data is necessary for app functionality.
We do not sell or transfer collected data to any third party. This practice is prohibited.
Neotech app data collection employs Amazon Web Services and Salesforce, proven professional data protection mechanisms, to secure data.
By using the Neotech app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection And Use
In order to use the Neotech App, we will ask you to provide us with your username, which may contain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you.
Neotech App requests that you authorize it for Read-Only access to:
- Scan Google Drive file and folder metadata
Neotech App scans folder and file description to determine the data that must be accessed via Neotech App, and to determine particular functions and features that particular files will possess.
For instance, only folders that contain the description [Crescendo] are readily available for access via Neotech App.
Also, the order in which a file is displayed is set according to its description. For instance, the file description [Crescendo-Sort:1] ensures that that file is displayed as the first object in the window. - Download Content to Neotech App
Neotech App downloads folder content to eligible devices to allow offline access. - Update Content
Neotech App will sync data on your device with your Google Drive content in order to keep data up to date.
Your content is never transferred, viewed or otherwise shared outside your own device.
Log Data
Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser and your app sends whenever you log into Neotech App.
This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
The log information is used exclusively for diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of November 21, 2018 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
