Our Director of Operations is on his second stint with Neotech Products.

Neil Ceniza joined the Neotech Products team in August of 2003. He started as a Warehouse Clerk and soon moved to Customer Service. In 2006, Neil stepped in as the Customer Service Manager.

Despite his love of the company culture, Neil parted ways with Neotech in 2007 to pursue a new career path. He served as a Field Service Technician for Cardinal Health and Natus Medical. He traveled all over the country, repairing and monitoring neurological equipment.

His new-found career, however, was short lived. “In 2013, I realized being a Field Service Technician was not the right career for me. Fortunately, I was welcomed back to Neotech and was rehired,” Neil said. His second (and hopefully last) stint began as IT & Warehouse Supervisor. As Neotech grew, so did its IT needs. In 2015, Neil relinquished the warehouse and served fully as IT support.

In October of 2016, Neil was promoted to his current position: Director of Operations. Neil oversees Warehouse, Shipping, Assembly, and more. He is an integral part of Team Neotech.

“Working to help babies and children throughout the world is the ultimate reward,” Neil said. “It’s easy to come to work knowing that we can make a difference for a family that is going through difficult times.”

Neil was born in Chicago, IL and moved to California when he was 10 years old. Neil played Varsity Basketball for John F. Kennedy High in Granada Hills. He’s maintained his roots as a huge Chicago Bulls fan. After high school, Neil spent time and L.A. Valley College, College of the Canyons, and Devry University.

Neil lives in nearby Canyon Country with his wife Maureen and son Nathan. Nathan is a NICU graduate who benefitted from several Neotech products during his NICU stay.

In his spare time, Neil enjoys driving and admiring sports and muscle cars.
